A clean one-bedroom or studio Airbnb can be turned over in about 45 to 75 minutes if you work from a set checklist instead of wandering room to room. • Bathroom. This is the room guests check closest. Toilet, tub or shower, mirror, and floor, in that order. Restock toilet paper and soap.
• Floors last, in every room. Vacuum then mop so you're not walking crumbs around on a wet floor.
• Make the beds with the backup linen set while the first load is still washing.
• Walk the unit with a printed or phone checklist before you leave. Check remote batteries, lightbulbs, water stains on counters, and that everything matches your listing photos.

Keep a stocked cleaning caddy and a labeled bin of backup supplies (extra toilet paper, trash bags, coffee pods, light bulbs) in a closet so you're never running to the store between checkout and check-in.
